توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي يجمعه تطبيق أولياء أمور الصالح للهواتف المحمولة (com.alsaleh.parents، «التطبيق»)، ولماذا يجمعه، وما الخيارات المتاحة لك. التطبيق منشور من قِبَل مؤسسة الصالح التعليمية («نحن»)، الجهة المشغِّلة للمركز التعليمي الذي يدرس فيه ابنك أو ابنتك.
إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه السياسة، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
١. النسخة المختصرة
يفتح التطبيق على مجموعة من أدوات الدراسة التي لا تحتاج إلى حساب. وكل ما تُدخله فيها يبقى على هاتفك ولا يُرسَل إلينا أبداً.
تسجيل الدخول مطلوب فقط للأقسام التي تعرض سجلات ابنك أو ابنتك — الحضور والنتائج والإعلانات والرسوم.
نجمع الحد الأدنى اللازم للتعرّف عليك كوليّ أمر مسجَّل، ولعرض معلومات الطالب الصحيح لك.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة باستثناء مزوّدي الخدمات المحدودين المذكورين في القسم ٦.
٢. استخدام التطبيق بدون حساب
تعمل أدوات الدراسة في قسم استكشف — مخطِّط الواجبات، وجدول الحصص، ومؤقّت التركيز، وبطاقات المراجعة، ومدرِّب التلاوة، وخطة المراجعة — بدون حساب، وبدون رقم هاتف، وبدون اتصال بالإنترنت.
كل ما تُدخله هناك (الواجبات، المواد، الملاحظات، مجموعات البطاقات، سجلات الجلسات) يُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك ضمن مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق. ولا يُنقَل إلى خوادمنا، ولا نحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية منه، ولا يمكننا قراءته. وحذف التطبيق يحذف هذه البيانات نهائياً.
أمّا التذكيرات الخاصة بهذه الأدوات فيجدولها نظام التشغيل في هاتفك نفسه. لا يوجد رمز إشعارات ولا خادم ولا حساب في هذه العملية.

٣.٢ معلومات من سجلات المركز
بعد تسجيل دخولك، يعرض التطبيق المعلومات التي يحتفظ بها المركز أصلاً عن أبنائك المرتبطين بحسابك، وقد تشمل: الاسم والصف والتسجيل، والحضور، ونتائج التقييم، والجداول، والإعلانات الموجَّهة إليك، وكشوف الرسوم والدفعات. هذه المعلومات يُنشئها المركز ويحتفظ بها في سياق تقديم الخدمة التعليمية — ودور التطبيق هو عرضها لك فقط.
لا يمكنك رؤية سوى الأبناء المرتبطين بسجلك كوليّ أمر، وضمن الفئات التي اختار المركز مشاركتها معك.

٤. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدمها فقط من أجل:
التحقق من أنك وليّ أمر مسجَّل وتسجيل دخولك.
عرض سجلات ابنك أو ابنتك، والإعلانات، والكشوف المالية.
إرسال الإشعارات التي يحق لك استلامها.
الحفاظ على أمان الخدمة — بكشف إساءة استخدام الحسابات ورموز التحقق.
تشخيص الأعطال وتحسين موثوقية التطبيق.
لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأغراض التنميط، أو الإعلانات، أو اتخاذ قرارات آلية بشأنك أو بشأن ابنك.
٥. الإشعارات
يستخدم التطبيق نوعين منفصلين من الإشعارات:
إشعارات المركز (الإعلانات، الحضور، الرسوم) — تُرسَل عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging، وإلى الأجهزة المسجَّلة على حسابك فقط.
تذكيرات الدراسة — تُجدوَل بالكامل على جهازك بواسطة أدوات الدراسة. ولها قناة إشعارات خاصة بها، بحيث يمكنك كتم صوتها دون أن تفقد إعلانات المركز.
يُطلب إذن الإشعارات في اللحظة التي تُفعّل فيها الميزة، وليس عند أول تشغيل للتطبيق. ويمكنك سحب هذا الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
٦. مع من نشارك المعلومات
لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجّرها. ونشاركها فقط مع:
جوجل (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — لإيصال الإشعارات الفورية. يتلقّى Firebase رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك ومحتوى الرسالة.
مزوّد الاستضافة لدينا — الخوادم التي تشغّل أنظمة المركز نيابةً عنّا، بموجب عقد ولهذا الغرض حصراً.
عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك — استجابةً لطلب قانوني صحيح، أو لحماية سلامة طالب أو موظفينا أو الجمهور.
يمكن لموظفي المركز الاطلاع على السجلات نفسها التي يطّلعون عليها في الأنظمة الإدارية للمركز؛ والتطبيق لا يمنحهم أي صلاحية إضافية.
٧. مدة الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات
بيانات الدراسة على الجهاز — حتى تحذفها أنت أو تحذف التطبيق.
بيانات الحساب والجلسة — طالما بقيتَ وليّ أمر مسجَّلاً، ولفترة قصيرة بعد ذلك لأغراض التسوية.
السجلات التعليمية والمالية للطالب — يحتفظ بها المركز وفقاً لالتزاماته في حفظ السجلات، بشكل مستقل عن التطبيق.
سجلات التشخيص — تُحفَظ لفترة محدودة ثم تُتلَف.
تسجيل الخروج يمسح بيانات اعتماد جلستك من الجهاز.
٨. الأمان
تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر بروتوكول HTTPS. وتُحفَظ رموز الجلسة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز (Keychain على iOS، وEncryptedSharedPreferences على أندرويد). والوصول إلى أنظمة المركز مقصور على الموظفين المخوَّلين.
لا يوجد نظام آمن بشكل مُطلَق. وفي حال وقوع اختراق يمسّ معلوماتك، سنُبلغ أولياء الأمور المتأثرين والجهات المختصة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.
٩. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مخصَّص لأولياء الأمور والأوصياء، وليس للأطفال. وتُصدَر الحسابات للبالغين المدرَجين في سجل أولياء الأمور لدى المركز فقط.
تُقدَّم معلومات الطلاب إلى أولياء أمورهم، بناءً على طلبهم، كجزء من الخدمة التعليمية التي يقدّمها المركز. أمّا أدوات الدراسة التي لا تحتاج حساباً فلا تجمع أي شيء على الإطلاق، لذا فإن الطالب الذي يستخدمها لا يشارك معنا أي معلومات شخصية.
١٠. حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب منّا:
الاطلاع على المعلومات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك أو عن ابنك.
تصحيح أي معلومة غير دقيقة.
حذف حسابك في التطبيق، أو إيقاف استلام الإشعارات.
توضيح كيفية وصول معلومة معيّنة إلى التطبيق.
بعض السجلات — الحضور والنتائج والكشوف المالية — يلتزم المركز بحفظها حتى بعد إغلاق حساب التطبيق. وسنُعلمك عندما ينطبق ذلك.
لتقديم طلب، تواصل معنا عبر البيانات الواردة في القسم ١٣. وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من هويتك مقابل سجلات أولياء الأمور لدى المركز قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
١١. حذف حسابك
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في التطبيق في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا. وعند الحذف نزيل بيانات اعتماد الدخول، وتسجيلات الأجهزة، ورموز الإشعارات. أمّا السجلات التعليمية لابنك فتبقى لدى المركز وفق قواعد الاحتفاظ الخاصة به، ولا تعود متاحة عبر التطبيق.
وإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يحذف جميع بيانات الدراسة المخزَّنة على الجهاز فوراً.
١٢. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر التطبيق. ويعكس تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في الأعلى النسخة السارية دائماً. وسيتم الإعلان عن أي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق قبل دخولها حيّز التنفيذ.
إذا كان لديك شكوى لم نتمكّن من معالجتها، يمكنك رفعها إلى هيئة حماية البيانات في نطاق اختصاصك.
Al-Saleh Parents App
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Al-Saleh Parents mobile app (com.alsaleh.parents, "the app") collects, why it collects it, and what choices you have. The app is published by Al-Saleh Educational Foundation ("we", "us"), the operator of the educational centre your child attends.
If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the app.
1. The short version
The app opens on a set of study tools that need no account. Everything you type into them stays on your phone and is never sent to us.
Signing in is only required for the parts that show your own child's records — attendance, results, announcements and fees.
We collect the minimum needed to identify you as a registered guardian and show you the right child's information.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the limited service providers listed in section 6.
2. Using the app without an account
The study tools in the Explore section — homework planner, class timetable, focus timer, review flashcards, recitation trainer and revision plan — work with no account, no phone number and no internet connection.
Anything you enter there (assignments, subjects, notes, decks, session logs) is stored locally on your device in the app's own storage. It is not transmitted to our servers, not backed up by us, and not readable by us. Deleting the app deletes that data permanently.
Reminders for these tools are scheduled by your phone's own operating system. No push token, no server and no account is involved.
3. Information we collect when you sign in

We do not ask you to create a password. Sign-in is by one-time code sent to the phone number the centre has on file.
3.2 Information from the centre's records
Once you are signed in, the app displays information the centre already holds about your linked children, which may include: name, class and enrolment, attendance, assessment results, schedules, announcements addressed to you, and fee and payment statements. This information is created and maintained by the centre in the course of providing education — the app only presents it to you.
You can see only the children linked to your guardian record, and only the categories the centre has chosen to share with you.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. The app requests no such permissions.
4. How we use the information
We use it only to:
Verify that you are a registered guardian and sign you in.
Show you your child's records, announcements and financial statements.
Send notifications you are entitled to receive.
Keep the service secure — detecting misuse of accounts and one-time codes.
Diagnose faults and improve the app's reliability.
We do not use your information for profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making about you or your child.
5. Notifications
The app uses two separate kinds of notification:
Centre notifications (announcements, attendance, fees) — delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, and only to devices registered to your account.
Study reminders — scheduled entirely on your device by the study tools. They have their own notification channel, so you can silence them without losing the centre's announcements.
Permission for notifications is requested at the moment you turn a feature on, never on first launch. You can withdraw it at any time in your device settings.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — to deliver push notifications. Firebase receives your device's notification token and the message payload.
Our hosting provider — the servers that run the centre's systems on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose.
Where the law requires it — in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of a student, our staff or the public.
Staff at the centre can see the same records they can see in the centre's own administrative systems; the app grants them no additional access.
7. How long we keep it
On-device study data — until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Account and session data — for as long as you remain a registered guardian, plus a short period afterwards for reconciliation.
Student educational and financial records — retained by the centre in accordance with its record-keeping obligations, independently of the app.
Diagnostic logs — kept for a limited period and then discarded.
Signing out clears your session credentials from the device.
8. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Session tokens are held in the device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android). Access to the centre's systems is restricted to authorised staff.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify affected guardians and the relevant authorities as required.
9. Children's privacy
The app is intended for parents and guardians, not for children. Accounts are issued only to adults on the centre's guardian roster.
Information about students is provided to their own guardian, at the guardian's request, as part of the education the centre provides. The account-free study tools collect nothing at all, so a student who uses them shares no personal information with us.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to:
Show you the personal information we hold about you or your child.
Correct anything that is inaccurate.
Delete your app account, or stop receiving notifications.
Explain how a particular piece of information reached the app.
Some records — attendance, results, financial statements — the centre is obliged to keep even after an app account is closed. We will tell you when that applies.
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We may need to verify your identity against the centre's guardian records before we act.
11. Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your app account at any time by contacting us. On deletion we remove your sign-in credentials, device registrations and notification tokens. Your child's educational records remain with the centre under its own retention rules, and are no longer reachable through the app.
Uninstalling the app deletes all on-device study data immediately.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
